How do I explore starting therapy

I offer a 20 minute complimentary initial consultation, this first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your concerns, your hopes for therapy, and answer any questions you may have. It’s also a chance for you to see if I feel like a good fit for you.

The Sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes, once a week with a fee of £95. Over time, sometimes clients' needs can change with regard to frequency of sessions which we can discuss and find a solution to fit your needs. In terms of length of therapy, everyone’s journey is different. Some people come for a short period to work through a specific challenge, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns. We will regularly review your progress together so the work always feels purposeful.

Online Therapy

Yes. I currently exclusively work online via Zoom. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online work, especially if they have young children, a busy schedule, or prefer the comfort of being in their own space.
